delivery
All parcels are delivered by Singpost. We highly recommend that you opt for registered mail to prevent lost parcels as registered parcels can be tracked via the Singpost website. We will not be liable for any lost parcels after posting if you opt for normal mail.

refund/exchange
We will exchange or refund any defective items if it is mailed back to us within 7 days after receipt. Please send a snapshot of the defect back to us for verification. Customers will bear full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mail in connection to such returns or exchange.
For items that are deemed defective, it will be exchanged for either the same item if stock is still available, or a different item of your choice of equal or lesser value. The difference in price will be refunded to you. Alternatively, you can opt for a refund if the item is out of stock.
